About me

I trained initially in business management (MBA in the USA in 2000) and I have since completed more than 1,600 hours of professional psychological training in areas ranging from Systemic Coaching to NLP and Hypnotherapy. I have consulted businesses since 2000, and work as a business and life coach since 2006.

As a coach, I began in 2006 with coaching business founders, start-ups and entrepreneurs. Today my work as a business coach is mainly for entrepreneurs and managers and their teams. My main line of work today, however, is Life Coaching. What I like about Life Coaching, is that Life Coaching focuses on supporting the human being, the individual. It is clear to me that this way more human development is possible. This makes Life Coaching the most meaningful field of coaching for me. Nowadays, when I choose to accept Business Coaching assignments, I ensure that I can work in an environment where people are valued higher than “the logic of business”. In addition to individual coaching, I also offer seminars.

My attitude

Authenticity is very important to me. There is an adaptation pressure that trains us to wear masks. However, we do not unfold our true strength until we are truly faithful to ourselves. So, in coaching, I look behind the masks and serve the inner core of my client, his true nature.

Human potential inspires me

I am fascinated by the hidden strengths, talents and abilities of people. Perhaps that is the reason why I am good at finding them and showing them to people. I often see more depth, potential and strength than they themselves see, which inspires and encourages them to live the lives they want to live.

I love it when people realize how they can be useful to others with their gifts, skills and abilities, and find fulfilment in using them. I have a good sense of how different people can work together productively, and so I can assist my clients in how to use their gifts. I like to draw attention to what can be achieved and created – individually and collectively.

Keen sense with a clear head

Since I was a child I was a good listener and empath. It’s easy for me to put myself in someone else’s shoes, feel how they are and recognize what they need. I am additionally skilled at assessing personality and character. As you can imagine, this is useful for the work of a Life Coach. 😉

At the same time, however, I keep my own unique perspective. This allows me to help my clients to get a clear view and find their best way towards their goal. I make sure that I don’t interfere too much in the vision of my clients, and let them find their own way first using their wisdom.

What makes coaching good?

Being trained in coaching methods is not all that is sufficient to be a supportive and inspiring Life Coach that helps you achieve your potential. What is equally as important is an innate gift for guiding others, a positive attitude, attentiveness and the desire and commitment of the Life Coach himself to consistently develop a deeper understanding of the connections between the material, the mental, the psychological…and also the spiritual.

I have been practicing yoga for 15 years. This tremendously rich and ancient science from India is like Life Coaching in that we practice yoga to discover our true selves and to discover and realise our potential. Thus there is an undeniable stream of “mind yoga” flowing into my work as a Life Coach.

Coaching methods

Maybe you have already sought the services of a Life Coach or you have heard of a certain coaching method. Perhaps you are looking for a Life Coach that masters this method.
